Reiki is a form of energy therapy using the flow of channeled healing energy through gentle touch or hovering. Reiki aims to restore + balance any blocked, low, or overwhelming energy in the body to promote physical, emotional, + spiritual healing. Facilitated by Brooke or Kacey.

Our meditations are are led with sound, calming imagery, breathing exercises, + affirmations to induce a state of relaxation + focus. These sessions can be tailored for specific purposes such as reducing stress, mindfulness, enhancing sleep, or promoting personal growth + healing. Led by Kacey, or Brooke will lead the sound healing sessions.
